Bill.com - Secure Payment Instructions

For over a decade, we’ve used Bill.com to send invoices and process payments – and we’ve never had a single security issue. Online fraud is rampant now. We regularly receive AI-generated, realistic invoices with payment requests that need deep scrutiny. Our checks and balances using Bill.com help protect our clients and our partners.

Your safety and security is our top concern. We continue to work to streamline these processes while not introducing loopholes for bad actors to take advantage of us all. We recognize this can be frustrating and promise to keep making regular improvements.

There are four options available to pay invoices:

1) Use the “Pay Electronically” link in your invoice email, (best general option) or contact us at [email protected], and we will generate individual payment links for invoices

2) Create a FREE Bill.com account – video below

3) Call us at (615) 988-4556, and we will arrange a time to take your payment information via phone

4) For non-monthly product offerings, we can accept payment via check to the PO Box listed on your invoice
